When Letitia Council's daughter Ja'Nasia was involved in a motor vehicle accident on August 15, 2019, their lives changed in an instant. What followed was a journey through hospitals, rehabilitation, grief, and resilience — and a realization that families like theirs were navigating it largely alone. The Nasia Foundation was born from that experience.
